Strategy Summary

The ADFACT Funding & Partnerships Strategy Summary provides the following methods for supporters to contribute to the operations of ADFACT.

Donations allow supporters to donate cash to ADFACT. Donations are either made on a donation form that allows the supporter to nominate the amount they wish to donate and the option of specifying where their donation should be used within ADFACT (aligned to current and future programs).

ADFACT is a registered deductible gift recipient (DGR), which means that all donations to ADFACT over $2 are tax-deductible. ADFACT will issue a tax receipt for all donations over $2.

Preferences for direction of funds:

Partnerships allow supporters to provide cash or ‘in kind’ support to ADFACT. Partners generally provide cash or non-cash products or services to ADFACT in return for public recognition of their support. The level of public recognition that a partner is given through ADFACT publications and events is directly related to the cash value or cash equivalent value of products or services provided.

Partnership support to ADFACT is generally not tax-deductible, because the partner is getting a benefit in return for their support (e.g. advertising and marketing benefits).

During the year, ADFACT organises events to raise its profile in the community, promote messages associated with the services it provides as well as to raise funds for its projects and services. Details of events are available on the Events page . Opportunities are available for individuals and companies to sponsor or participate in all events organsied by ADFACT.

Individuals and companies are able to support the organisation by becoming a member.

From time to time ADFACT applies for government funding for specific projects that include fixed term projects to multi year projects to recurrent funding. Currently ADFACT is in receipt of funding from various government bodies for recurrent funding and project funding.
